At Marksbury Business Centre, our low-cost offices and retail units offer genuine value and include facilities to make starting & running your business a breeze.

Standard Facilities

Recently modernised, Marksbury Business Centre is a forward looking, client focused location for your business.

All our offices and retail units have allocated parking for you and your staff. There are also plenty of customer and guest parking spaces – all of which are free. We don’t charge anyone to park here.

Offices and retail units are heated with bathroom and kitchen facilities for staff (if required).

Although we’re out-of-town, the on-site supermarket offers food, drink and more for your meetings or simply just for your lunch!

Future facilities

As part of our long-term goal to become a zero carbon business we are installing more facilities on-site with the aim of helping people get to work in the cleanest way possible.

We already generate the vast majority of our electricity from our own solar panels and a planned new bicycle storage unit will enable staff (and even visitors if required)  to cycle to work and store their bicycles in a secure and safe environment.
